The team
Florent Rizzo, CEO
Florent is the founder and CEO of CyberInflight. He has been working in the aerospace industry for the last 15 years. Starting his career as an avionics software engineer on the Airbus A350, he has significant experience in critical avionic software development, and completed several missions for major OEMs. He also worked for the French Air Navigation Service Provider DGAC on deploying Air Traffic Management network infrastructure. He then became a consultant and worked with major European airlines to guide them towards the right inflight satellite connectivity solution.
Florent holds an engineer degree from Telecoms Saint-Etienne (France), a master degree from North Dakota State University in network security (USA) and an MBA from Toulouse Business School (France). Throughout his international career, Florent has worked in various countries such as France, Canada, US or India. He participated in many international conferences on space cybersecurity and is also a teacher at Toulouse Business School in the Aerospace MBA and Aerospace Master of Science programs.
Matthias Popoff, Market Analyst
Matthias is a Lyon III University graduate in a Master’s degree in International Relations – International Security and Defense, where he studied cybersecurity, history, geopolitics, and economy.
He completed his training with an internship at CYSEC in Switzerland. He had the opportunity to get to the heart of the space cybersecurity ecosystem in Europe, especially through the CYSAT event in which he participated for its first edition.
Matthiasworks at CyberInflight as a Market Analyst, and collaborates with the team in the company’s market intelligence activities. He contributes to the analysis of the cybersecurity market, applied to the space industry through data gathering, data processing, data consolidation and data visualization. In order to attain a better grasp of the current state of the space cybersecurity market, he leads interviews with several stakeholders of the European space cybersecurity market and attends Space ISAC meetings with diverse actors of the US space cybersecurity market.
Héloïse Do Nascimento Cardoso, Market Analyst
Héloïse has an International Public Law Master’s degree from Lyon III University, where she studied European and international law, and geopolitics.
An internship as a geopolitical analyst at GEOS (ADDIT group) allowed her to put into practice her knowledge of international relations, international law, and geopolitical affairs.
She is working at CyberInflight as a Market Analyst, and collaborates with the team in CyberInflight’s market intelligence activities. She contributes to the analysis of the cybersecurity market applied to the space industry through data consolidation, processing, consolidation and visualization. She also participates in the watch exercise, which allows her to gain a better understanding of the current state of the space cybersecurity market.
Valentine Crepineau, Market Analyst

Valentine holds a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from SKEMA Business School, and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques d’Aix-en-Provence. This gave her a solid grounding in geopolitics as well as economic and social sciences.
Alongside her studies, she participated in other training courses, such as the intensive cybersecurity course run by the European Space Agency (ESA) Academy at the ESA European Space Security and Education Centre (ESEC).
She works at CyberInflight as a Market Analyst. She collaborates with the team on the company’s business intelligence activities, contributes to market data analysis, and participates in the daily strategic intelligence exercise.
